Registration

Please phone the Practice during office hours on 01363 772860 to register your pet with us.  By registering your pet before we need to see them will help if they should need to be seen in an emergency as we will have all their details to hand including previous history.

Free check for new animals / clients

We offer a free pet check for new pets and new clients, to enable us to advise as to worming and flea treatments.

Appointments

We run our consults by appointment. These can be made by telephoning the Practice or calling in. Emergencies are seen at any time - please phone ahead.

Home Visits

These can be arranged but do incur an additional cost to cover travel.

Consults

The Vet will examine your pet and talk to you in detail about the problem. We pride ourselves in taking time to discuss  the course of treatment and any tests or further examinations which may be required.

We appreciate that there is a lot to take in, and it can be difficult to concentrate as you may be worried about your pet, or have young children with you.  If you have any queries at the time or when you get home never hesitate to get in touch with us, we are always happy to discuss things further.

Repeat Prescriptions

Please use either our repeat prescription section of the web site or contact the Practice during surgery times to order your pets medication.  Requests recevied by 3pm should be available by 3pm the following day, except requests received on a Friday which will be available by 3pm Monday.

If your pet has not been seen for six months our receptionists will ask you to make an appointment for a "prescription check up".  This is an extremely valuable time to make sure that the medication is still working as well as possible. As with us, medical conditions often change and it is vital for us to meet together and ensure that things are going well. 

Payment

In order to keep costs down we ask for payment at the time of consult.  We accept all major credit/debit cards, cheques and cash.

If you have a problem with paying please speak to the vet at the time of treatment.
